The 2004 Nissan Murano was the second model year of the first generation and was largely carried over from 2003, with only minor trim and equipment updates. It continued to use a 3.5-liter V6 engine paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). Common service considerations include regular CVT fluid changes, inspection of suspension and steering components, and verification that any outstanding recalls have been addressed.
