The 2000 Nissan Quest was the second year of the second-generation minivan, carrying over the 1999 redesign with a 3.3-liter V6 engine and four-speed automatic transmission. Changes for 2000 were minimal, limited mostly to equipment adjustments across the GXE and GLE trim levels. Common service items include timing belt replacement on the interference-design V6, automatic transmission fluid changes, and inspection of the sliding door tracks and latches. Rust prevention is worth considering in regions that use road salt, as the body and underbody can be susceptible to corrosion.
