The 2007 Nissan Quest received a revised grille and minor trim-level equipment updates during its third-generation production run. It continued to use a 3.5-liter V6 engine paired with a continuously variable transmission. The CVT is a known weak point in this generation and frequently requires repair or replacement at higher mileage. Other common service items include the power sliding door mechanisms, suspension wear, and oil consumption in higher-mileage V6 engines.
